These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and the purchase of services from NOW Strategies LLC, doing business as VIP Media Solutions (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By submitting an application or making a payment, you agree to these Terms.
VIP Media Solutions coordinates a paid Business Insider feature opportunity for entrepreneurs, CEOs, founders, experts, and business owners. Our service includes application review, story development, writing, editorial coordination, and publication support.
Submitting an application does not obligate you to purchase. We review each application to confirm that the person, company, and story angle are appropriate for the opportunity. We reserve the right to decline any application at our sole discretion.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information about yourself and your business. You must cooperate with our team during the story development and review process, including responding to requests for additional details or approvals in a timely manner.
The current investment for the Business Insider feature opportunity is $850unless otherwise stated. Payment is due in full before work begins. All fees are quoted in U.S. dollars.
Features are typically developed and published within 14 days of completing the onboarding questionnaire and providing all requested materials. Delays caused by incomplete client responses may extend this timeline.
We may share a draft or story outline with you for factual accuracy. Editorial decisions, final angles, and publication timing remain at the discretion of VIP Media Solutions and our publishing partners.
Media coverage is an authority and visibility asset. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as increased sales, leads, website traffic, or search rankings. Business Insider is a trademark of its respective owner and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of VIP Media Solutions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Due to the nature of media placement and the immediate allocation of editorial resources, no refunds are issued after work has started. Work is considered to have started once the onboarding questionnaire is completed and materials are received, or once any writing, outreach, or editorial coordination has begun.
If you cancel before work has started, you may request a refund by emailing AWALKER@NOW-STRATEGIES.COM within 24 hours of payment. Refund requests are reviewed and processed within 5 business days.
